Privacy & Terms

Last updated: 14 October, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to GrowthSanity (“GrowthSanity”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This page explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our SaaS marketing services, and sets out the terms that apply to the tools published here. Sections 1 and 2 say who we are and what applies; sections 3 to 14 are our privacy policy; sections 15 to 24 are the terms of use. By accessing or using this site, you agree to both.

Who we are

GrowthSanity is a web property of acquret.com (unregistered but valid website domain). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site. You can reach us at hello@acquret.com.

2. Who Operates This Site

GrowthSanity is operated by Acquret. Acquret’s own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy govern acquret.com and any client engagement with us. This page governs this site and the tools published on it. Where the two differ on anything concerning this site, this page applies.

If you have a signed engagement agreement or statement of work with Acquret, that agreement governs the services it covers and prevails over this page to the extent the two conflict.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

a. Personal Information

b. Lead & Marketing Data

As a SaaS marketing agency, we may collect and process:

c. Usage Data

d. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to enhance user experience and measure marketing performance.

4. Cookies & Consent

When you visit our website, you may be presented with a cookie banner requesting your consent to use non-essential cookies. Types of cookies we use:

You can manage or withdraw your consent at any time through your browser settings or through the Customise Consent Preferences popup (if available on our website).

The tools on this site run in your browser: the figures and text you put into them are not sent to us or stored, and the tools themselves set no cookies. Two exceptions, both at the point where you choose to unlock a full breakdown: the name and email you submit are sent to our CRM, and the domain part of that email address (never the part before the @, and never anything else you typed) is checked against public DNS resolvers to confirm it can receive mail. Section 6 names both providers. Where we introduce analytics or advertising cookies, they are loaded only after you consent through our cookie consent manager.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

Our legal basis

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, our lawful bases are: consent, for marketing email and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time; legitimate interest, for running and improving this site and for contacting businesses that have asked us for something; and legal obligation, where we must keep information to meet a tax, accounting or other statutory duty.

6. Service Providers, Advertising & Tracking Disclosure

We use the following third-party services to operate this site:

We also use third-party advertising and analytics tools, which may include:

These platforms may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to track user behaviour across websites, measure ad performance, and deliver personalised advertisements. Third-party vendors may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

7. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with:

We do not sell your personal data.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as we have a reason to:

You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time — see section 10.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. However, no online system is completely secure.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

You can opt out from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

11. Third-Party Links

This site may link to or reference third-party websites, products or tools. We provide those for convenience only: a link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

13. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed outside your country, including jurisdictions with different data protection laws.

14. Changes to This Page

We may update this policy and these terms periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continuing to use this site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised version.

15. Tool Usage & Future Changes

The calculators and audit tools on GrowthSanity are diagnostic benchmarks provided for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute formal financial, revenue, or marketing guarantees.

The figures and scores shown on this site before you enter anything of your own — the example CPL, pipeline value and structural score — are illustrative placeholders. They are not benchmarks, targets, typical results, or anything we have measured across clients. Descriptions of what a tool does are not promises about what it will do for you, and nothing on this site is a prediction of results you should expect.

Core diagnostic tools are currently provided free of charge. Acquret reserves the right to introduce premium tiers, expanded features, or access models for advanced capabilities in the future.

16. Acceptable Use

You may use the tools on this site for your own business or professional purposes, including with and on behalf of your clients. You may not resell access to them, present them as your own product, scrape them or run automated bulk requests against them, attempt to extract their underlying logic for a competing product, or use them in any way that breaks applicable law. We may restrict access where use is clearly automated or abusive.

You also agree not to damage, disable, overburden or impair this site, interfere with anyone else’s use of it, introduce malware or other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, its systems or its networks.

17. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Their outputs are directional models derived from the figures and text you enter. They are not forecasts, audits, or professional financial or marketing advice, and we do not warrant that they are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular decision.

We also do not warrant that this site will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Tools may be changed, break, or be withdrawn without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acquret is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its tools — including any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, and any loss of profits, revenue, pipeline, data or opportunity, however it arises and whether or not we were told it was possible. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

18. No Advisory Relationship

Using these tools does not create a client, advisory, consulting or fiduciary relationship between you and Acquret. We are not acting as your marketing, financial or legal adviser when you run a tool, and no output should be treated as a recommendation to take or avoid any particular action. Advice from us comes through an engagement agreed in writing, not through this site.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acquret, its founders, employees, partners and affiliates against any claim, damage, loss or liability arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse or unlawful use of this site or its tools, or from content you publish that infringes someone else’s rights.

This does not extend to anything caused by our own negligence or our own breach of these terms.

20. Intellectual Property

The tools, their scoring logic, benchmarks, copy and design are the intellectual property of Acquret. Using this site transfers no ownership to you.

What you type stays yours. We claim no rights over the figures or text you enter, and as described in section 4 those inputs are never sent to us or stored. You are free to use and share the outputs you generate for your own business purposes.

21. No Affiliation or Endorsement

LinkedIn is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. The LinkedIn Post Auditor is an independent tool built by Acquret. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to LinkedIn or Microsoft, and it does not access, read from or write to any LinkedIn account.

Where other product, platform or company names appear on this site, they are used only to describe what a tool evaluates or works alongside. They remain the property of their respective owners.

22. Suspension & Termination of Access

We may suspend or withdraw access to this site or any of its tools at any time, without notice, where we reasonably believe use breaches these terms, is automated or abusive, or threatens the security, availability or integrity of the site or other people’s access to it. We may also change or retire a tool at any time. Access is provided at our discretion, and nothing here guarantees that a given tool stays available.

23. Severability & Statutory Rights

If any part of this page is found to be unenforceable, it should be read as narrowly as needed to make it enforceable, or treated as removed if it cannot be. Everything else stays in force.

Nothing on this page affects statutory rights you cannot waive, including your rights under data protection law, which are set out in section 10.

24. Governing Law

This page is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or its tools is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

If you are using these tools as a consumer rather than for business purposes, and the mandatory law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring proceedings there or to the protection of its consumer rules, that right is unaffected.

25. Contact Us
